So, you're engaged...what's next?
First, get in touch with me about what you’re after in a wedding package. We can have a chat about the packages I offer, and see if one suits your needs.
- Then, once you have found the package you’re wanting, all you have to do is lock it in with a 50% deposit and sign a contract. I also get you to answer a few questions, just so I can get to know you both a little better.
- We then organise the complimentary Boudoir shoot* (yes, it’s complimentary in the ‘Diamond’ package - or you can opt for a mini Engagement shoot instead)
- We have 1 or 2 meet ups (or more depending on the package you have booked) in the lead up to the wedding day, and we discuss everything there is to know about your big day. I am a very organised person, and I just love the tiny details.
Then…
You get married to your favourite person and I capture one of the best days of your life!
*Boudoir/Engagement shoots are complimentary in the Diamond Package only, however can be purchased as an extra if you choose a different package.
How far in advance should we book you for our wedding?
I usually book 9-12months in advance, sometimes longer.
I always encourage clients to get in touch when they are newly engaged to ensure they don’t miss out on their preferred wedding date.
What makes you stand out from all of the other photographers?
I care. I care about you and your big day, and always provide help and guidance where and when I can. I have a list of vendors that I recommend to help provide assistance as I know how overwhelming planning a wedding can be.
I fit into your wedding day without fuss, ensuring that your day goes exactly how you imagined it.
I edit every single image by hand, and a little bit of my heart goes into every gallery I produce.
Can we meet prior to the wedding day?
YES! I would love to meet you prior to the wedding day. All my packages come with at least 1 phone call or zoom meeting prior to the day. This helps break the ice, and we get to know each other a little better.
Do you have venues that you recommend we use?
As I have been a family photographer for many years now, I have made many valuable contacts throughout the Brisbane and Ipswich areas. After you book in, I can recommend venues to you that perhaps you may not know about that are just stunning, but hidden little gems.
Do you do engagement shoots?
As part of the Diamond Package, you can opt to have a complimentary engagement shoot instead of the wedding boudoir/couples boudoir shoot if that is more your style.
All other packages do not have an engagement shoot included, however can add one on as an extra if you wish.
What camera gear do you use?
I use only the best Canon DSLR equipment. That being a Canon 5D Mark IV, Godox flash, high megapixel SD Cards, 24-70mm lens, 70-200 lens and 85mm lens plus more!
